Home sick today.
No farming for me until I feel a bit better.
I probably have a couple of yard long cukes.
Mix those cukes with heirloom tomatoes, Vidalia onions, avocado, top it with some fresh basil, add some extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Great salad!
