This has been posted a couple of time already, but it can't be posted too many times, in my opinion.

Suppose the national percentage by race is:

White 72%
Black 13%
Hispanic 10%
Asian 5%

Suppose my community is:

White 76%
Black 3%
Hispanic 12%
Asian 9%

Is HUD saying that's a problem in need of a solution? BS

My local HS is 35% white now, over half Asian, <1% black the rest middle-easterners.

“Diverse” = fewer white people, less Western culture.

100% black or Hispanic is “more diverse” than a 30% white, 30% black, 30% Hispanic, 9% Asian.

Yes, its BS and yes that is what HUD is saying - with, of course a whole lot of our taxpayer dollars being spent on carrots and sticks and a large staff to analyze and enforce Obama’s world view.
