Maher Calls Dr. Carson a 'Drooling Idiot': 'Half Brilliant Brain Surgeon, Half Tea Party Dumbass'

HBO's Bill Maher wrote a check Friday evening that his body clearly can't cash.

During his "New Rules" segment, the Real Time host called Dr. Ben Carson a "drooling idiot" who's "half brilliant brain surgeon, half Tea Party dumbass" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

Dr Carson specializes in treating the brains of children which
would include the likes of Maher on his best day. If Maher
should require the services a neurologist provides at some
point do you suppose he would seek the services of race baiter
Dr Michael Eric Dyson or the “Drooling” Dr Carson?

While I agree about getting fired, probably won’t happen. Remember how he cut down the military around the same time as 9/11? He lost a few sponsors, but I don’t remember him being fired. Should have been, but wasn’t. I think this is the same case here.
