This is al designed to cajole Zimmerman to bring suit. Then he will be open to discovery and if he takes the 5th with the possibility of federal charges looming over him that will give Holder’s minions a direction to investigate based on protections he invokes. Expect the attacks to continue.

Yes. That’s why media must say the alleged murder before trial. Since the trial is over and he’s been acquitted she needs to shut her trap or be held accountable
In general you're right but this woman is State Attorney. I hope a lawyer digs into this. I have a hunch it's a serious breach of ethics if not overreach that could result in impeachment or disbarment.

You mean that he has not been subject to discovery up to this point? I think you misspeak. GZ has not been deposed beyond the voluntary statements he made to the police - 8 times, if I recall. A good lawyer would limit any deposition to matters pertinent to the lawsuit.

That said, as an officer of the court, as a prosecutor, as an elected official, she has certain standards to meet and it doesn't appear she is appreciative of that fact. Here's hoping someone corrects that shortcoming.
