My favorite

Toss a pork shoulder in the crock pot, Pour in a can of Coke-go online and FREEP for a few hours........remove roast from crock and shread. Pour in your favorite BBQ sauce (I prefer “Devil SPit” BBQ...
VOILA, you have enough pulled pork to eat so you dont have to leave your FReeping for at least a day or two ;-)

Might have to experiment with that one in a pressure cooker for 45 mins or so. ;)

Can you get that internal temp to 190 in a crock pot? Ya gotta get it that hot to dissolve the collagen that makes it very tender.
