They need to try to go legit. But, how long will that take. They could change and become positive mentors to young black males. They could take on the issue of black on black crime.

I think the prosecution’s appeal is begining to fade.
Take heart.......I know it is hard after watching ObamaCare approved by SCOTUS, then Obama reelected...but, a hung jury or acquittal is worth hanging in there for. If I wanted to convict, I might want people to think I took my time making the decision. They had a hard and fast few weeks, they should take 24 hours to process through all this.
A hung jury is all we can hope far, considering the closed-mindedness of the American people.
OK, maybe a bit hyperbolic but there is little mention of the Chicago style intimidation seen in Corey “choosing” to sit next to Sybrina (see #595 by txrangerette). That is blatant jurist (judge) intimidation but most will just dismiss it as, what, “luck of the draw”? Seriesly?
Having had to deal with “Chicago thuggery” (politics) for over 12 years, I continue to be surprised at how little the rest of America understands that concept.

Im not sure if it was everyday but Corey was seated one row in front of the family which was reserved for legal team..camera angle made it appear she was in same row.

I doubt they will retry the case. Said for a while this will be hung. It’s a very divisive case. Zimmerman walks.

AGAIN, I will say, it was discussed here at length on the live threads... I KNOW, because it’s how I learned where she was sitting BECAUSE I even see her on camera in the courtroom at all until it was pointed out here AND THERE WERE PICTURES POSTED ALSO...
But, believe what you will...
People say, “well, if Zimmerman had not followed him, and if he had never gotten out of his truck, this would have never happened.” Well, if Martin had gone home when he ran and Zimmerman lost sight of him, Martin would still be alive. The mistake people are making is they are looking at this from an emotional point of view rather than from a legal perspective. Those who look at it completely in accordance with the law, and strictly from a legal perspective can only maintain he is not guilty. Unfortunately, there are six women on this jury, and women can have the tendency to move on emotion rather than intellect. I think they will convict him of manslaughter purely from an emontional perspective rather than a study of the facts and making a determination based strictly upon the law. This will be most unfortunate for GZ and our justice system which has become corrupted by liberalism and cultural stupidity.
Looks more and more like a “hung jury.”
