Might have a problem rephrasing the question in a way that it won’t still be vague. This happened on a jury I was serving on. The question one juror had about the meaning of “intent” was answered with “you have been given your instructions”
The funny thing is that the question got everyone worked up everywhere....and then they didn’t even bother to follow up with another question.
I would like to buy a supply of those for my company.

Really, does anybody really believe it impossible the verdict get out before it gets to the judge?
The most likely outcome of that is the judge would send the verdict form back and tell you to fill it out properly. She approves the form before it’s read.
