I didn't see a thread to follow and discuss the pending verdict. I have been praying fervently for George, his family and this jury. I pray he is exonerated completely as this wholely affects ALL of us. This case is about our ability to protect ourselves and it is in jeopardy.

the problem is that if you do defend yourself against one of ‘Holders People” and even if found innocent the fed can and will got after you for the infamous “ Violation of Civil rights” law{ what the hell that means}

Then on what grounds did the family receive that huge settlement prior to the trial? Wouldn’t a claim of self-defense preclude any pre- or post-trial settlement as the death would not have been wrongful?

The settlement was made by the homeowner’s association of the community that Zimmerman resided in...doubt it was a huge settlement. They apparently just wanted to get out in front of it for seem reason (cheaper than accumulating ongoing legal expenses).

Whether or not Zimmerman is found not guilty he is doomed because the Iibs, MSM, Obama, Holder, Jarrett, the Black Panthers, and all other back thug gangs have already sentenced him. He will always have to be on guard.

Richard Jewell, initially accused of the Atlanta Olympics bombing, comes to mind. He was literally hounded to death.

Don’t forget O’Mara and West went through the jury pool and CHOSE these women.

You mean they had a say in choosing these women. The pool is a result of a struggle between both sides for who would be on the jury.

While that sounds like the brave, courageous, and patriotic thing to do, I have stared down the barrel of a gun pointed at me on more than one occasion and there is a time to run and a time to gun. One on one, gun, but with so many black thugs out there wanting to make their mark, I say run in this case amd live to see another day. In general, I agree with what you say though but I am just commenting on this one particular case.

I understand where you're coming from. I'm not suggesting that GZ keep a high profile after the trial. But he should not sacrifice all his rights and freedoms under the Constitution by moving to another country. Too many have sacrificed and died to preserve those rights. As others have mentioned he would probably be welcomed in a number of other states.

And with the change of meaning of the word 'CHILD' to include anyone up to 28 years old, they can put you up on CHILD ABUSE charges if you defend yourself against a flash mob. If you try to videotape it with your cellphone, there will be Child Porn charges and illegal use of a WMD.
