I think so, RC. These reporters don’t know any more than we do except for trying to look at small factors or changes they see. Schaeffer said he has watched juries for many years and feels something is in the air. I did not hear how they are dressed.
I am hoping the jury is taking its time to consider the evidence. I fear that they are confused by all the smoke and mirrors that BDLR and JG through up during this trial.
This whole trial is completely ass backwards. Usually the prosecution emphasizes the facts and evidence and the defense tries to confuse the jury by asking them to speculate about all kinds of irrelevant nonsense. Here the prosecution put on a case designed to misdirect the jury away from the legal issues and to confuse them about the relevant facts and it was the defense who tried to draw the attention of the jury to the evidence.
BDLR’s closing statement was designed to draw the jury away from the evidence and to play on the emotions of an all women jury.
If they don’t reach a verdict today, I don’t think they will ever reach a verdict. There is only one issue in this case. They should have reached a verdict before dinner.
Thanks, Uncle Chip. This thread was beginning to look like “infinity times infinity”...lol.
Great, multiple threads. Can we pick one please?
“Although we thought Guy was ridiculous with his CHIIIIIILD mantra done in a low tone....it could have played well with the jury...but I dont think all 6 of this particular jury would fall for it.”
Being an “emotional” (term I hear a lot of..lol) woman, it didn’t strike any chords with me, not one little bit.
I’m starting to feel pretty optimistic about it, too. I hope we won’t be disappointed. I don’t think so.
The only thing that bothers me is the judge smiling. I just dont trust her.
See my post on Pontius Pilate ....
She has washed her hands.
I dont trust her either........
I’m so wound up about this case, that I’m not sure I can listen live. I’m going to be devastated if it is anything less than acquittal.
I am too wrapped up in this.....couldn't get to sleep till 3AM!
But it's not just George Zimmerman.....We are all potential George Zimmermans.
LOL
I heard, though don't know if true, that the DOJ is having a problem getting enough folks to get on the buses to head to Sanford. Gives me the hope that most Americans realize the facts prove George Zimmerman acted in self defense and will have NO PART in any riots!
How much are the jurors paid? Is there a vested interest in drawing it out another week?

I just read this article you posted. Thank you for sharing it.
The evil in these people has no bounds! “You do the right thing and we will ruin you!” is their motto.

$5 a day plus mileage.
“Dang the judge is cheery this morning.”
I’ve been on a few sites this morning and read someone’s comment that GZ was smiling. I can’t imagine how they would know anything until the jury walks back into that courtroom.
“But it’s not just George Zimmerman.....We are all potential George Zimmermans.”
Isn’t that the truth...scary. Then there’s this (below):
Scroll down a little for photos and further down for story. A friend posted this on his facebook page today, otherwise, I did not hear about it.
