“O’Mara imitates Bernie making George look ANGRY AND LIKE A RACIST.”

Listen to the phone calls (not the lunatic prosecutor).

MOM continually taking the jury back to the prosecution non-case. Reminding them of what the State is asking them to believe w/o a shred of evidence to support it.

I goota leave at ten this morning - Drat. Thank God for You Tube for I WILL be hearing it all later.

This may be of interest to you.

Origins of Beyond Reasonable Doubt

According to the author, reasonable doubt has its origins in Christian moral theology.

Excerpt;

We can make an effort to understand this ancient phrase (and other ancient phrases like it that haunt our law) in a more historically informed, open-minded, and morally humane spirit. First, there is no point in trying to be faithful to the original intent of a phrase like “reasonable doubt.” This is in part because the phrase has no original drafter: not only does the phrase not appear in the Constitution, it was never crafted by anybody in particular.

Notice the use of the word, 'haunt'?

Maybe a coincidence that the house had been burglarized a couple of weeks ago

When first sees TM — did he pull out his gun immediately and chase him down???

Does the rebuttal only address MOMs’ closing or will they be allowed to introduce other things?

Does anyone know what the judge is doing during his argument? It looks like she’s working away on her computer.

Angry Birds.

FL. Stat. 776.032: “A person who uses force as permitted in s. 776.012, s. 776.013, or s. 776.031 is justified in using such force and is immune from criminal prosecution and civil action for the use of such force , unless the person against whom force was used is a law enforcement officer...”

Good stuff, thanks for clearing that up

Well, since I’m only getting my info here, I have no idea what the context of that remark is.

Context was the principle "better to let a guilty man go free than to convict an innocent man"

Judge also looks like she sees a guilty verdict slip-sliding away.

Unless you believe that there ARE no coincidences. And these days, I tend to believe just that.

Sorry... Omara followed immediately with..'but thats not my client, because he's innocent'...(something like that)
Knowing the media though, I don't doubt they will leave that out....

“burglaries in the area by young black males.”

Elephant in the room? And he was brave enough to bring it out!

Tell it like it is..

Don’t be afraid to state the truth. The MSM knows this also but won’t
state the facts about crime, murders, B on B etc...

Love that MOM says “effing” instead of the real thing. Class act - unlike the pros.
