Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday the prosecution provide closing arguments (Summary: http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/07/states-closing-argument-two-hours-of-raising-doubt).
Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

I'm one of those "sleep on it" people. The reason.....Our minds point out recent errors on whatever we're working on. It's kinda like taking a deep breath.
They will take a vote first thing.
6 Not Guilty.
Then they will wait and take on any miscellaneous discussion and vote again...Again 6 Not Guilty.
At 10, they will notify the court that they are ready.

These commentators are so silly, first of all they’re not allowed to deliberate outside the deliberation room, and if they were really fighting already I would assume they’d stay late as possible to clear up some things. Either that or things got so heated they decided to end for the day and start fresh tomorrow after everyone has rested. who knows.

I think if they were greatly divided they would have at least deliberated until 8 tonight. Afterall, this is the first time they can discuss it together and their trend has been to get stuff done. I think they have all agreed, stay the night. The judge, I think, told them she would give several hours notice of verdict. They certainly didn’t want to be going home at midnight, during potential riots. Verdict before 11 tomorrow......lol

You are right. I heard a very funny sermon one time about the defferences between how a man and woman’s brains are wired. It was the funniest sermon I ever heard. He told how a man wants to get to Phoenix before sundown on a trip but the wife wants to stop and look at the worlds largest jack rabbit on the way. The man does not want to give the kids potty stops. The same thing happens when shopping. The man hunts for the item. He gets it and leaves. The wife wants an Orange Julius and to just walk around. She may not even get what she came for. LOL!

This Spring I had the rare opportunity as an attorney to be seated on a jury (much to my surprise as well as the judge's surprise). We went through the instructions and the evidence before we ever took a vote. By the time we finished the discussion we were unanimous. Serving on a jury changed by perspective for the better on how serious jurors take their obligations.
If it were a panel of six men they would say let’s get ourselves a verdict and go home.
Folks....take my word for it....the fix is in, coming from Obama, Holder & Sharpton through their lackey Judge!!! The judge just simply oredered the jury to cast a manslaughter verdict!!! Jurors gotta go to their hotel to rest so they can do Obama’s ugly bidding in the morning!!! All this goes on while Obama hides in the White House under Michelle’s tushy!!! Just like old Adolf...no apppearances in the general public for the last two years of WWII for old tyrant Hitler. Obama/Hitler,.....Hitler/Obama...what’s the difference. Their both racists and tyrants!!! Birds of a feather....flock together!!! Sad days for America...on all counts!!!
