Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday the prosecution provide closing arguments (Summary: http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/07/states-closing-argument-two-hours-of-raising-doubt).
Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

I can’t see anything in the evidence that would be questionable. I think they just want to see it to see if they missed anything.
I remember the OJ decision. There was a lounge area where I worked, with a TV. There was a bunch of black women there when the news came out, and they were clapping and cheering and having a good old time.
Opposite for me . Mixed group watching. Verdict rendered . Black co-workers immediately said “ He’s guilty as hell, and got away with it”
“If George Zimmerman loses 100 lbs, no one will recognize him. Still, he might want to move to Idaho. And he will need to carry a gun with him for the rest of his life.”
He could move to Peru, grow a beard, and get even darker to blend in and nobody would ever find him with a new ID and identity.
The party made the news and there was a mistrial.
And rightfully so. That's what I'd endeavor to do even if the jury was unanimous..."Okay, it sounds like we're already on the same page. But let's take the time to go through each item in evidence so we can all walk away satisfied that the process was exhaustive."

in west palm beach there were abt 5000 of us and 3 school buses (70? or so) of “them” followed by al sharpton. the media would only show close shots making it appear that we were equal in numbers. also a haitian woman screamed “you facist pig” to sharpton. media missed that too.
Since pros repeatedly misstated evidence, I’m not surprised some would want clarification.

Yeah unfortunately, since I live in LA, I lived the OJ verdict..I still to this day can’t watch it when they repeat the not guilty verdict
