on DOJ buses?
Beautiful, of course. (With a ring on the left hand.)
I would agree if this weren’t a Friday, and if they hadn’t been sequestered. As it is, I don’t think any juror will want to hold out just to grandstand.
“Trayvon was a drug addict, constantly seeking highs from drank and grass.”
He already had liver damage, yet another FACT that was hidden from the jury.
Basically, that Crump had every right to ask questions, call for investigation, make allegations. MOM's thinly veiled slam was against Corey and the corrupt system that bypassed the Grand Jury and went to a Special Prosecutor.
He really did not blast Crump; rather he pointed at the one in power who pulled the levers.
bkmk
John Connor gave me a picture of you once. I didn't know why at the time. You were young, like you are now. I always wondered what you were thinking in that moment. You seemed a little sad, like you were remembering something long gone.
I came across time for you, Veto.
I love you. I always have.
>NAACP chairman who said if not guilty is verdict then federal civil rights charges will be brought.
I believe one has to be in a government position, like a policeman, to violate a persons civil rights.
Philadelphia has had some problems in the recent past with young, black flash mobs looking for stores to loot or people to beat up.
What if there is no their, there?
Very sad for a city with such historical significance...
Interesting..
Also. .body language expert for our local Orlando FOX station just got off elevator. .two men on elevator said” if he’s found not guilty things are going to happen. “
IMO, if the verdict is not guilty, it may come back late today, or early tomorrow. If it is longer than that, they will be arguing over murder 2 or manslaughter....or else, it will be a hung jury.
After reading the article Drudge linked about Bernie Goetz and how his trial went, I think Zimmerman’s defense made a fatal error in saying things like it was a “tragedy” that Trayvon died. Goetz’s lawyers made it a point to attack the people who were shot in that trial as if they deserved it. If these female jurors “feel bad” about Trayvon’s death then they’re going to want to punish Zimmerman for it. They’re not going to care about facts, figures, or technicalities of the law. They’re going to decide based on their emotions.
The prosecution also might have outsmarted the defense by waiting to bring the manslaughter charge up until the end. That could’ve made the defense overconfident they’d easily beat the original charge. Hence they didn’t do everything they could like put Zimmerman on the stand.
I don’t think it looks good for Zimmerman. Looks like a manslaughter conviction is coming to me, which he’ll then have a chance to appeal.
One of our local reporters just spoke with the NAACP chairman who said if not guilty is verdict then federal civil rights charges will be brought.
I think that they will argue that because he was a neighborhood watch captain that he was operating “under color of law.”
Guilt must be a unanimous decision. Not acquittal. Is this correct?
Thank you
So, let’s just assume GZ is found guilty. What happens from there? Is he taken directly to jail? Howl long before an appeal?
