One of our local reporters just spoke with the NAACP chairman who said if not guilty is verdict then federal civil rights charges will be brought.
Apparently he does not know the law. They can’t if he’s found not guilty by self defense.

Apparently he does not know the law. They cant if hes found not guilty by self defense. Actually, any Federal charges are unrelated to the outcome of the state trial. However, I wonder if they will really try to bring civil rights charges, knowing that Trayvon's history will be a much bigger issue in that trial than in this one.
