Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

I’ve only heard Alan Dershowitz comment that he thought it would probably be overturned. Everyone others think it’ll stand.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say all 6 jurors have reasonable doubt and will return 6-0 acquit.

He kept referring to the “T”, everything happened at the “T”, it all depends on the “T”.

The subliminal mental link is “T” for TRAYVON. Lawyers know theses tactics. Mr. Guy was using it, but I don’t know how many caught on to it.

Thanks for those instructions. Sadly, I think that the jury will call it manslaughter - even though the evidence doesn’t show it. Just to give Z something, and thinking it is 2-4 years. Not realizing that it will be 25 years. I hope that there will be enough to appeal it.

Negative. The ambush was 3rd degree. Manslaughter is an automatic lesser. There was NEVER any doubt it would be there.

She has no choice. She knows and feels the millions of eyes upon her. They may not have been watching the whole trial, but this part will be replayed to death.

I’m pretty good with “belief frameworks” and analyzing arguments as well... on the other hand I sometimes look up the address for business XYZ and am shocked to discover I have driven past it daily for five years and never noticed it was there. :-)
