Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday the prosecution provide closing arguments (Summary: http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/07/states-closing-argument-two-hours-of-raising-doubt).
Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

Interesting analysis! As an NT, I can see right through any BS and can, according to what I’ve read about my type, shred any argument that has any holes in it to bits. ;-)

It's just that in my experience, it would take more than just wanting to play 'KNOCKOUT KING' on a random white dude to get a young black male to go back out in the dark, in the RAIN, with the GAME just STARTING on TV, the GAME he planned to watch with Chad, where the cops might show up at any minute.
There had to be something else. The confrontation was just because he got caught trying to recover that something else.
It may not have been a burglary tool, it could have been something else.
If we assume there was something he went to retrieve and the Zimmerman walked up on him while he was doing it, it would fit the evidence and testimony to a "T".
There’s not an appeals court in the US that’ll reverse a conviction.

LOL...as I have stated before...
I have become quite cynical and pessimistic over the past 4-5 years. I now expect the worst.... but hope and pray for the best.
And I know how radically motivated the state (and the Holder/Obama regime) is to destroy Zimmerman. And right now....they are “all powerful”. At least, seemingly.
If Zimmerman goes to jail, it will be a death sentence regardless of the charge.

Thank you don-o. That was what I understood as well, that it was added in yesterday. Point being, the defense was unable to argue FOR GZ in a manslaughter charge that was unknown to them throughout the trial!
Now THAT is bullcrap, imho.
This whole damn thing has me so fired up all over again.
I am going off to my place of solitude and again, praying for all involved.

She is white
She is married and has two children.
She has lived in Seminole County for two years.
Her husband and son own guns.
She was involved in a domestic violence incident in her past.
And here we go.
what does evidence, reasonable doubt and facts have to do with anything?
I expect the six women to lead with their feelings on this and give St Skittles parents something..
New trial obviously...they are not going to let this go...GZ is out of money so the state will use its unlimited resources to pound him into dust.
Is the jury out in deliberations now?
If Zimmerman is convicted, it essentially gives a pass for burglars and other bad guys to attack and beat up anyone who tries to monitor them.
People can no longer take responsibility for protecting their neighborhood.
More reliance on the government!

He like the prosecution wants emotions to decide outcomes, and emotions to be “ protected” by govt.

That was denied. They asked for, and received, manslaughter. It is not, was not, automatic.
Yep..only other time I feel this way is on the first Tuesday in November every four years..
