Somehow George was supposed to attempt CPR with blood pouring out of his nose?
I don't care how George seemed to be acting just after the shooting, he was somewhat spaced out, still in a state of shock.

Somehow George was supposed to attempt CPR with blood pouring out of his nose? I'm not trying to save an attacker that just broke my nose and bashed my head against concrete. I would shoot him again rather than try CPR.
