Today, July 9th, is DAY #21 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday was the first full day of defense witnesses. Perhaps the most significant of the first set were the two police officers who stated Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s father, said on 2/28/12 the cries for help on the 911 calls were NOT Trayvon. Later in the day Tracy Martin took the stand and essentially said the two detectives were lying. A great analysis of the events from yesterday is available HERE.
What additionally strikes as important to us is the first signs of desperation from the original nucleus of the Scheme Team construct, Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks – attorneys for the Martin family. Parks appeared on Piers Morgan show last night and the video should be watched by anyone who knows how the scheme was constructed.
We accept that Mark O’Mara is conflicted in this case, and he is trying to walk a fine line between presenting a defense to a case built on political pressure and outright fraud; Yet simultaneously avoiding exposition of both the politics and the fraud itself.
The intentionally avoided open doors exposing the fraud creates anxiety for those of us who know what is inside the room he is avoiding. Our prayers are that his passing those wide open doors is based on prudence [within an unknown strategy]. However, our fear is the hasty and politically correct avoidance might cause him to pass by the room holding the key to George Zimmerman’s ultimate ‘long-term’ freedom.
It should be noted the NAACP Annual National Convention starts in Orlando on Friday; Additionally, preparations are being made in/around Miami-Dade for a Wednesday defense wrap up with a community/LEO preparation meeting today.

I would love it if the State tries to call into question Di Maio’s objectivity. They will look like fools. That’s why getting his CV entered as evidence was objected to by the State. and they lost!
Ok so let me try to understand. Say George zimmerman is found not guilty... Period... (Which I sure hope for...) he can get tried in federal court for taking martins civil rights. Well if we was found guilty in this trial it would be for murder 2 and lets say he’s get about like 30 plus years to life. If and when he is found not guilty for this murder 2 case and he is innocent for that I know he cannot be tried for that again.. Double jeopardy... So what would he be indicted in federal court for.. I understand civil liberties is what everyone is saying but what is he exact charge they’d try to get him for and if they do what is the prison sentence for it!???????

No they are not. In fact I'd say most get pretty judgmental about other mothers child rearing skill set when their kids act in a TM manner.
Bottom line is the def needs to put forth an air tight self defense case so the jury has every reason to find him not guilty. Di Maio is doing just that.
I've seen several references to her many exits. MOM might want to somehow bring attention to this. Seems to be a breech of decorum, tending to disrespect and possibly an attempt to influence the jury.
Expert M.E. (not an incoherent boob) testifies that Martin’s shirt was 4-6 inches from his skin when he was shot - this strongly suggests that Martin was not on his back or standing in front of Z.
Nothing about Z’s account of the events was called into question.
Martin was on top, pummeling Zimmerman, Zimmerman pulled his gun and shot the thug through his heart. He died within a few minutes.
Done.
Social unrest to follow acquittal.

Sybrina is like a flippin ping pong ball, she sits, she exits, she sits, she passes notes. She is doing herself NO favors with her obvious attempts to garner sympathy. And yes, as a fellow Mother, I take all of it into consideration.
She is not behaving as a grieving mother, she is acting like a prima donna. Just my opinion.
Holder has apparently been put on Hold. There is no civil rights case.
Di Maio will eat their lunch without breaking stride, I recognize him as a Curmudgeon Par Excellence just itching to do battle.
The defense will use Crump to dispel any latent sympathy for S Fulton or T Martin.
Nor do I. If the jury had some of the back story regarding her apparent abandonment of TM, they would ask to find HER guilty.
Does anybody here think that made a good impression on the Jury?
I liked how this witness said there could be othr injuries on GZ’s head which do not show.
The feds brought the killers to trial for conspiring to deprive the murdered of their civil rights....In Hazleton, PA a jury of 12 acquitted some guys of murder of beating an illegal immigrant to death. If the illegal hadn’t been here and started a fight, he wouldn’t have been beaten to death. Case closed. The Feds said “F...you white people.” and tried these guys who got convicted. Courts mean nothing, anymore, until the government gets what it wants.
