Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) called on the United States to suspend aid to the Egyptian military as the country grapples with clashes between supporters and opponents of ousted President Mohammed Morsi.
"We have to suspend aid to Egyptian military because the military has overturned the vote of the people," McCain said Friday according to Al Jazeera. "We cannot repeat the same mistakes that we made in other times of our history by supporting removal of freely elected governments."
McCain said that Washington should demand the Egyptian arm set a timetable for elections and for making a new constitution, the network said.
And then we should evaluate whether to continue with aid or not, he said.

Though, I despise McCain almost as much as Obama...
I think McCain is playing a little game here to put pressure on the Egyptian Military to move quickly to have free election and relinquish temporary military rule...

because the military has overturned the vote of the people," McCain said 33 Million people out of a total population of 80 Million turned out to oppose Morsi over four or five very hot days and nights.
A few hundred, few thousand at most, turned out to support Morsi.
That's a vote of the people, McQueeg.

Thanks Diogensis, for posting the image of the recent unpleasantness in New York. The fawning sycophants in the Media have done much to suppress these pictures. They help keep the focus on Realville.
What appalls me is not the revolting, eccentric, backstabbing, shallowness of Mr. McCain, but rather the idiocy of the Mainstream Republicans and GOP-e and media who elected and continue to support him and foist this loser upon the rest of us.

I understand why Obama is defending his buddies in the Muslim Brotherhood. But why is McCain? When Serbia was trying to deal with its radical muzzie problem McCain supported the muzzies. With arms. When Gaddafi was trying to deal with his radical muzzie problems McCain supported the radical muzzies. McCain has been itching to help the radical muzzies in Syria too. He is consistent on this issue.

History has precious few examples of people who have struggled so hard to be on the wrong side of every issue as John McCain.

Only one apologist boot licker on post 49. Not bad. Now how many of you VOTED for the POS and have repented of it and promise not to do it again when the GOP nominates another RINO because “we have to stop Hillary”?
