Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

This is turning into a circus free-for-all. And this witness’s radical demeanor change is so blatant and OBVIOUS it’s ridiculous.

This is unbelievable. This judge is completely out of line.
It was rather apparent from early direct that this ME needed to stay on script. When asked a direct question, he insisted on following his narrative notes.

There is a VERY good book with case studies of NDE, called “Destiny of Souls”. It is excellent reading inho.
If this witness goes poorly, I expect the prosecutors to somehow pull out the poor immigrant card and make jury feel sorry for mean old cracker defense picking on him.
If this keeps up, this boob’s testimony will call into question ALL the trials he has ever testified.

At this point you could ask this government witness if he’s in a court room, and he’d debate it...
It's not what he really means, but it is what he is saying.
This witness , like most of the Prosecutor's witnesses, is again helping the DEFENSE.
I object. Witnesses should be allowed to conduct their own trial (/s).
How is that possible, in probably the most high-profile case in his career? This is international news, and he remembers nothing?
Meh. NOthing he says goes to whether GZ shot TM for self defense or not. Smoke and mirrors.
DID GZ SHOOT BECAUSE HE FELT HIS LIFE WAS THREATENED OR NOT?
That’s all the jury has to answer. There is already eye witness testimony GZ was on the bottom along with police noting his jacket was wet on the back.
