Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Seems that we have proof right there that by the time Raimondo arrived, Trayvon was dead. You don't perform CPR on the living.
We have the time of the gunshot based on cellphone audio, and the time from a police officer of when he arrived on scene. How long was that ?
Gunshot at 7:25.
Trayvon dead by 7:30.
7:30 - "Zimmerman tells police he shot Martin in self-defense. In a police report, Officer Timothy Smith writes that Zimmerman is bleeding from the nose and back of the head."
This is the timeline supplied by CNN.
Trayvon could not possibly have been alive for more than 5 minutes.
Even so, 5 minutes is an eternity during a situation like this. In five minutes, Trayvon could have shot Martin, dragged his body into the bushes, gone home, and been in the shower cleaning up.

From a humanitarian perspective, maybe. I’d rather have someone I was forced to shoot not sitting in front of a jury lying about what happened.

George has already said Martin didn’t die instantly. He said Martin said “you got me” after he shot him. Once again George Zimmerman does not lie. Dr. Yong Ho’s testimony will end up helping the defense because he has now opened himself up for MOM’s blisering cross when he will ask him if Martin was still alive he could have also had the strength to tuck his arms under his body!!
This is the Bizarro World version of how things work today. Alas, gone are those good ole days where logic, fairness and truth mattered and things actually made sense.

Homicide as used by an ME has a different meaning from its common use. From an ME, it just means “some other dude did it”.

That's right. Now you're back on beam. The fact that Zimmerman intentionally homicided the kid does not necessarily mean that he should be given life in prison
