Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

I worked in federal LE and the keys to the cells, evidence lockers, etc.. STAYED IN THE OFFICE! Yes, of course people had keys to the office but there were several steps one had to take to get to the keys. FOR GOOD REASON. If you need that reason explained to you, then you should hold off commenting and berating someone on the subject.

That’s not exactly true. The correct term is, “security of the believer”. What it means is that a person’s salvation is based on our responding in faith to God’s grace made possible to us by the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, the Son of God.
There is nothing we can do to earn that salvation. At the point of salvation, that person becomes a child of God and there are no abortions from the family of God. Jesus said that no one can take His children out of His hand.
Now, having said all of that, while our salvation is not dependent on any “works” to merit it, at the same time, if a person claims to be a Christian, yet never offers any evidence in their life as becoming conformed to the image of Christ’s character, if they continue to live a life in a “continual” state of rebellion against God, that person is not a Christian. James puts it this way:
” What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?” James 2:18-20
Paul also says:
“What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness.
For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. I don’t mean to say that we have the ability to judge the eternal destination of anyone, only God can do that, but, what I am saying is that to say that one’s conduct is irrelevant to one’s salvation is not true.

Agree. It has been stipulated that he was shot. Does anyone think that wouldnt cause immediate or any lasting form of pain. Pure theatrics....
