Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Somewhere along the way, maybe work (he can't remember), Mr. hummingbird heard a particular type of homosexual being referred to as "full on Liberace".
Not nice, I suppose, but it was an interesting way of explaining a flamboyant homosexual.

Even though judge said he would get his notes back and that copies made of his notes would be destroyed, he still looked jittery about turning his notes over.

Near as I can tell that is a Legion of Merit lapel pin uncle is wearing, and they don’t come in Cracker Jack boxes.
I did a search to see what the lapel pin meant. Exceptional service. And $5.99 will get you one on Ebay! What is up with that? I always figured this kind of stuff was just run through the military.

I suspect that he got his the hard way. He bears all the marks of a warrior, the things that can’t be faked.
Tracy Martin was with (married to?) Sybrina Fulton until TM was about 4. Then he was with (married to?) Alicia (can’t remember the last name) for approx. 14 years. Alicia said she raised TM and he was in her home 90% of the time. Two weeks before the shooting, Tracy moved in with (shacked up) Brandi Green who was living at RATL. This is where TM came becausse he was suspended from school. I assume Alicia lives in Miami but don’t know.
I also don’t know if Tracy was with Brandi prior to this; ie cheating on Alicia.
O’Mara said in his presser that he was surprised that the state didn’t call more Martin family members — I wonder if he was referring to Alicia Stanley. She as of two days ago continues to insist that she raised Trayvon and yet listening to Jahvaris one would thing Sybrina was more involved.
I'm not sure his credentials were clear to just anyone, until the persecution lawyer questioned him about it. It sounded like he was trying to belittle his service. He even told the jury to ignore that part of the testimony! But his awkward questioning opened the door for CSM Mesa to explain the gravity of the oaths he took, one of them on such-and-such a date (he remembered the date, how impressive is that). He bristled with pride when he spoke of his oath. The only thing the persecution accomplished was to make clear that this is an honorable witness who will not lie. I can assure you, that went over well with the all female jury. It had to.

What is the proper way to address a Command Sergeant Major?
The correct way to address a Command Sergeant Major named Mr. Jones is “Command Sergeant Major Jones”, or written as CSM Jones. In formal situations, a Command Sergeant Major should always be addressed by their full rank.
So, Uncle Jorge should be addressed in person as Command Sergeant Major Mesa, or written as CSM Mesa, just as we’ve said. Thanks for your vigilance.

He’s either referring to Alicia or he knows of others that will come forward and say what TM has been like as a kid. Not sure this judge would allow that kind of testimony but maybe he has something up his sleeve.
I thought the uncle was great. This jury has GOT to be thinking this thing is a farce. At least I hope so.
The woman who is married to an attorney might know to bring up the toxicology report along with the question of..why wouldn’t the Judge allow it.
Hopefully that will happen. After hearing about his school records, credit history, it would only seem logical someone would wonder why is it we aren’t getting anything about Trayvons character and what his condition was that night, other than dead.
Maybe the notes referenced the THC level.

Also may give us an insight into his knock knock joke.
i.e. He wanted the jury to know that the state wanted people who knew nothing about the case (GZ Who? ) so they could fool them into believing their fairy tale.
Hopefully someone will connect those dots.
