Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Bill Shaffer with WFTV said earlier that the fact that the judge will not allow Trayvon’s blood toxicology into evidence when it could have influenced his behavior per this ME means if GZ is found guilty, this can be grounds for appeal.
She is known in the area for ruling in favor of Prosecutors.
It’s not just this case.
That wouldn’t surprise me. I keep track here in AZ and routinely vote NO on many of them, including my DIVORCE JUDGE.
We should all cut this coroner some slack - he thought he was applying to be a colonel

Awww, it’s an enigma that you hope a man who defends himself against a troubled angry kid is not sent up the river for the race baiters?! C’mon, GZ could be any of us, that is why we are praying the truth is revealed and the jury hears it.

I wonder how many other cases, day in and day out, are being conducted like this one? Makes me feel like our society is doomed...don’t necessarily believe that, but still. How many other innocent people are being railroaded as we speak?
She’s proven to be biased of course...but also incompetent.
- Lets Jeantel get away with not speaking loud enough for transcriber to hear her...and lets attorneys ask her to speak up.
- Lets Jeantel ask West questions (Have you ever seen the first 48 on tv?).
- Lets Jeantel threaten to not return the next day to testify...instead of answering a question.
- Lets JEantel go on her ‘you don’t know’ rant, instead of answering question.
- The Skype idiocy....and she kept asking if the witness could find a landline, illustrating she doesn’t understand the difference between Skype and a cell phone.
- No admonition to Boa for using notes.
- Nobody can get into the evidence locker?
- Lets West coax alternative jury instructions out of a prosecution witness.
She’s a joke.
So she’s a modern day “hanging judge” and was chosen to preside over this trial for that reason?
GZ should rest just a tiny little bit better tonight because of that...IF he can survive jail while it is on appeal.
