The Egyptian army has set a deadline of 4 p.m. Cairo time for the Muslim Brotherhood government of President Morsi to compromise with the people of Egypt (by stepping down.) Morsi refuses. 18 people were killed and 200 were wounded in clashes at Cairo University last night.
A Washington Post report from Cairo on dueling statements from Morsi and the army:
Waving his hands and shaking his fists in a 45-minute speech on national television late Tuesday, Morsi swore that he was committed to the democratic process that brought him to power and said that any attempts to subvert the constitution were unacceptable.
The army, in turn, posted a message to its Facebook page saying: We swear to God that we will sacrifice even our blood for Egypt and its people, to defend them against any terrorist, radical or fool.
In his speech, Morsi acknowledged that he had made mistakes during his year in office as Egypts first democratically elected president. But he appealed to Egyptians to give him more time to deal with the countrys problems.

I would think the military would (and have they not already?) blocked borders (in and out) and will carefully monitor who and what gets let in.
It was more a massive crowd
Impeachment with the military to assist them.
That is precisely the medicine our country needs.
Yes...they’ve been at it for more than a couple days...of course knew they would need to.
There is the largest gathering of military might on the Siani border since the six day blitz!
Thanks for the pictures.
El zwahri’s brother was in the demonstrations of 2011 in front of the Defense Ministry in Abbasseya, a suburb of Cairo.
His life span is considerably shorter under free Egypt. This piece of filth is the son of one of the best surgeons in Egypt at his time.
That’s what islamists’ brainwashing does to what would be upstanding citizens.
These are the punks they are up against...attacking two soldiers for no reason....taking them down...sickening B*sta*rds.
SECOND VIDEO SCROLL DOWN A BIT
Yes, it must be what 0b0z0 and Morsi agreed on when they talked by phone!
Let’s call it a military coup and so, none of us had any responsibility or made any mistake!
Change the language and you change the subject, emphasis and perception.
<...”Thats what islamists brainwashing does to what would be upstanding citizens.”....>
Well I can say, after studying these people since 9/11, I can without a doubt say it’s because the force behind their religious teachers is Satanic....sinister beyond measure... When you look into the abyss..it will always grab hold of you slowly but surely...
....and they look to their teachers because the entire instruction/brainwashing of the Koran and it’s teachings will prevent the mind from any critical thinking....especially for the uneducated...and more from fear of their fellow Muslims for those educated.
Stay tuned for Game Two

Tunnels demolished, courtesy of Egypt, and now explosions are reportedly being heard in northern Gaza Strip. Apparently Israel firing from the sea....something sounds like going on too many tweets coming thru....
You guys hear anything about this yet...am going to look further now...
Egyptian army demolishes Gaza tunnels today..unconfirmed...if Egypt or Israel..but tunnels are blocked either way.
Hamas operatives arrested with explosives in Cairo today.
Thanks for posting so many pictures - and info. Thanks to everyone else who posted too.
They got 22 million signatures calling for the ouster of Morsi. I bet we could easily get 3 times that number here. There are so many reasons, we could make a list, just like the list the colonists made against King George.
Were the soldiers killed or just injured?
Stuff like that is no doubt making the military very angry and determined.

Over the last few months, the ones who were secretly Muslim Brotherhood have, to a large extent, revealed who they are. This is a valuable opportunity to purge them all from any positions of power.
They don't need to be provoked...they are so full of hate it comes natural in every day life.
Must remember..they didn’t just get lists...they had everything in place..including the military...and those who would fill the vacume temporarily long before they were on the streets.... they were well organized.
US hasn’t hurt bad enough to mount Jeremiah....Egyptians were waiting in lines for 5 hrs. just for gas....and things were going down hill fast....
As long as Obama keeps the welfare people feeding and the food stamps flowing...it just won’t happen here.
