Looks like Tray jumped off probably to catch his breath...and landed.
Tray was still talking. GZ was now on Tray's back trying to restrain him.
The cops messed up the crime scene....rolled him over....started CPR with compressions....even though they could see the bullet hole...
I'd say CPR was the worst thing they could do...

Acutally, its the only thing EMT can do. Only in the ER/Operating room can they find out if the CPR compressions were exsanguinating him. Usually, chest wounds like this, the gunshot victim bleeds out internally.
