Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

Well, so far Serino’s interview with Zimmerman confirms the DEFENSE CASE.
I was wrong about Serino. (couldn’t be happier).
I know the various reasons.
I am asking if anyone knows WHEN that gun went into the holster.

In that case, I stand corrected. Then again, it may have been like the cop who pulled me over for speeding, but when I couldn’t find my license, it gave him an excuse to just cite me for a non-moving violation of driving without my license.
But yeah, I forgot about the all-encompassing “obstructing justice” charge. I hear that you can be accused of that for talking back to the cop. ;-)

At this point the Defense should just let the prosecutions case stand and do the only thing that seems logical at this point - The Chewbacca Defense!!!
I thanked you and others - not by name but under “All”, for clearing up the fact that Dee Dee equals Rachel, in my post #702. I just now read those posts that explained that fact, so only just now can I get past anything because I finally see what’s been posted about it.
I’m very “in and out” on this thread, by necessity.
I read somewhere, way back, that there was a younger child staying where T was staying, but seems like it turned out it wasn’t an actual brother.
Haven’t heard anything since then.
And I do recall it was Sharpton who jumped on TV and said T went to get some stuff for his little brother (the skittles and tea).
I don’t know where Sharpton got that, whether T’s family was saying that or what??
A directed verdict in a jury trial can only be “not guilty.”
Only George. Or John Good, possibly, but he didn't say. The Cop who arrived knew it was in the holster when he arrived.
No other testimony has specified exactly when.
