In that case, I stand corrected. Then again, it may have been like the cop who pulled me over for speeding, but when I couldn’t find my license, it gave him an excuse to just cite me for a non-moving violation of driving without my license.
But yeah, I forgot about the all-encompassing “obstructing justice” charge. I hear that you can be accused of that for talking back to the cop. ;-)
1st..Why did you talk back to him.
2nd..Because of your position, it wouldn't look good.
The next day....I cut my wrist on an exacto knife while installing a rug.
My dear son called it in..."My mom just cut her wrist"
That same cop shows up and I kicked him out of my house. The boys at work heard the police call....The joke was...."He's not worth it".
The story goes on and on.
