Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

You’ve got that right! They keep saying it over and over. I heard Geraldo say it was abominable that Zimmerman followed Trayvon but he will be acquitted because that is the law. B.S. (legal analyst on WFTV just said “It isn’t over yet. If the jury believes any part of what the star witness said such as Trayvon saying ‘Get off me’ then it could be enough to convict because it makes GZ the aggressor. Like it or not.” He is hoping so badly that there is a conviction. Logic would tell me the aggressor would get in the most damage to the other person. OK. Game over! GZ told Hannity he used his gun because he thought he may pass out and TM went for his gun. That is backed up by GZ telling the responding officer he was feeling light headed.
That comment didn’t help. That witness was the Scheme teams desperate attempt to indict GZ because there is no cross exam in a deposition. Then she imploded on the stand. It was a land mine that West carefully diffused.

Maybe he can tell us what wet grass sounds like ...
Where is Kevin Costner or the other attorney. Has this guy questioned any other witnesses??
He was the defense witness for the 911 tape hearing whot testified against the voodoo science experts.
Now they want him to testify for them to probably say that there is no scientific way to determine who is screaming on the tape.
Before they badgered him — now they will sweet talk him.
Zimmermans audio interview with Serino and Singleton at Sanford PD on Feb 29
Timeline:
7:13.40pm - George ends his NEN call
7:15.43pm - Witness #8 call ends with Trayvon
7:16.10pm - Witness #2 calls 911
7:16.55pm - Gun shot is heard on the 911 call of Witness #2
27 seconds = time from Trayvon's phone disconnect to 911 call by Witness #2
72 seconds = time from Trayvons phone disconnect until gun shot is heard on 911 call
Nakasone looks like he is asleep
If I didn’t know that by your post I know it by West’s response just now.
Thanks, spacejunkie. Luckily thanks to the efforts of jacquej, yellowdoghunter, BykrByb, & others, I was reinstated. But the thread is still pulled, “under review.”
Here’s the link to the blog with the comparison of girls’ voices in the witness #8 interviews/Rachel Jeantel on the stand:

More on the “Dee Dee” hoax:
It’s bizarre and confusing. If the prosecution has put up a fake/alibi witness in place of the actual person, it is an Earth-shaking bombshell that should be front-page breaking news. I say there’s no way it’s the same girl.
Remember that RJ did say on the stand that many calls with Trayvon were “3-way” with others being on the line...
I see tattoos on the left forearm and the right shoulder on that diagram, is that wrong? IMO it probably doesn’t matter — there shouldn’t be much questioning of the M.E. as the Persecution has proved to us many times that Trayvon is dead and the Defense agrees.
You know what I find funny about this? They have a guy that actually SAW the two men while one was screaming. He clearly and strongly believed that the guy on the bottom was screaming. Then we get an “audio expert” that, listening to the background from a cell phone of a tussle between two people who he had never heard, can discern that it was the other guy screaming. And this is admissable in court?!
I suppose it is. It doesn’t mean the jury has to take it seriously. ;-)
And soon the jury will join him.
Crump’s deposition will be very interesting indeed. His lies will be proven pretty quickly by MOM/West.
I am a technical person. Nakasone can’t speak English and is talking way over the jury’s head. He’s putting me to sleep. The jury has to be saying WTF.
You can get almost anyone to say almost anything if you bribe, or in some cases threaten, them enough. Most of the people that have heard about this case (and who hasn’t?) have already made up their minds as to Z’s guilt or innocense. The only question here is, does the person testifying care enough about their career to not risk being caught lying on the stand. In Nakasone’s case, who is going to prove that he lied under oath if he claims that it was definitely not Z crying for help? On the other hand, if Z gets off, Nakasone’s career in his field will take a hit and he’ll be known as the guy who got it wrong (or one of them). JMO
