Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

Yeh -- like they are fearful that their victim will get away.
Like I said yesterday...she may have been Tray's fence.
GZ is the neighborhood WATCH coordinator. The “follow” nonsense is BS.
This interview is excellent and totally supports what the witnesses saw and heard.
All the prosecution has will be attempting to minimize his wounds after Martin told him, “Your gunna die tonight” while pounding on him.
The prosecution is done, they clearly have nothing left but race...
Zip...Done
Another point. The other day I had my kiddo in one of those playgrounds in Chick Fil A. There were a lot of kids in there, but one suddenly started screaming, like they were hurt. I jumped up along with several other parents and ran over, b/c none of us knew for certain if it was our kid that was hurt or not... We had to wait for her to come out of the tunnel slide, and then her mom stepped up b/c she wasn’t positive at first.
I know they were much younger than TM, but point is, that kind of I’m hurt freaking out scream is different than a regular one so much that any mom will testify to that. Now I have a teenager and since his voice has changed I hardly recognize his regular voice on the phone half the time, I KNOW that astressful blood curdling scream from him would hard for me to recognize, especially since I haven’t heard him scream that way since he started puberty. Does that make sense?
The trial proper is only in day 6. It took two weeks to pick the jury.
Doris Singleton is very good here at asking questions and following up.
Martin was sizing him up, circling his car while he was calling the cops..
I believe every word this man is saying, based on all the evidence.
I’m listening to the recording of the detective interviewing Zimmerman. If I am correct, the officer conducting the interview is clearly sympathetic to him. Her tone is conversational, not adversarial.
If I remember correctly, the expert said that it could be harder to identify voices on cell phones.
If there is a youtube of Rachel’s appearance on TV yesterday (do not know that there is, read it on another thread), it might be helpful too.
But, probably not admissible.
That seems very clear to me. Hopefully, the jurors are listening carefully. What other explanation could they reach?
hold that thought and go look at the Rachael trial pics and NOTICE Rachael wore 2 different watches...one black and square and one round and pearl color like....and the watches do not look cheap !
Serino lied to Zimmerman, said that Martin had made a video. Zimmerman was relieved! Said "good!"
This testimony and GZ’s voice and words are devastating to the prosecution. Cannot believe they are playing this.
It has to be some kind of he** listening to himself retelling that night. I have no doubt he’s thought that night over in him mind a million times.
The "judge" already ruled in pre-trials Zimmerman can't use anything about what a hood St. Skittles was before he became the decedent.
In case anyone has not see it
Im listening to the recording of the detective interviewing Zimmerman. If I am correct, the officer conducting the interview is clearly sympathetic to him. Her tone is conversational, not adversarial.
The goal is to put the talker at ease and get as much info as possible.
This is still the Prosecution’s case. Crump will be deposed (off camera) and his lies will be produced during the Defense’s case.
