Thought you guys following the trial might want to review this and have the link handy.
Did Mr. Zimmerman have THC in his bloodstream?
HA, I knew it — 158 pounds. The other day I said he was closer to 160 than the Miami Herald’s report of 140.
It’s 21 pages, so I’d say wait for a medical professional to work it out tomorrow. I think you can download the Adobe reader for free unless you’re short on disk space or have a slow connection.
>> “My research shows...” <<
.
LOL!
My ‘research’ (done long ago) shows that marijuana use doesn’t necessarily ‘impair,’ it can ‘enhance,’ such as rolling two 300 games in succession at the old Santa Maria bowling alley. :o)
I see “shortly after the call the resident confronted the male and the two began to physically fight” on page 13.
Do we know the details on the type of round Zimmerman used?
So Trayvon was a regular user of pot? He had it in his blood and carboxy. Used at least four hours earlier and two weeks to a month too.
********
THC is the psychoactive chemical found in marijuana. Depending on the amount and frequency that the drug is consumed, THC carboxy (the by-product of the body’s metabolism of the drug) can remain in the system from about two weeks to a month.
THC, the drug itself, remains in the body for up to four hours.
According to the autopsy report, Martin’s blood from his chest contained 1.5 ng/mL of THC. There was 7.3 ng/mL of THC-COOH (carboxy).
I doubt it...I have never seen anything about it...and I have never seen a report that his blood was drawn that night, etc.
BTW, on symptom of THC is paranoia...which matches Zimmerman’s account very well.
But I don’t know if the amounts listed in the toxicology report are high or low.
9mm 115 grain JHP is what I have heard from other sources.
I’m no medical expert; but, I believe the heart has to be pumping blood to create a bruise. So, it would not be unusual for there to be no bruising.
If you keep scrolling, its added to the end of the .pdf file.
It may remain in the blood for x number of hours but it is oil soluble and is absorbed into body fat only to be release again into the blood in small amounts and reabsorbed over and over again until slowly eliminated from the system.
The handgun was 9mm...beyond that I don’t know.
Histology, no toxicology.
1/4 x 1/4 inch abrasion on finger. Worse places on my tongue.
GREAT infomation at your link, thanks!
pictures i’ve seen...they were not HP. Looked like wadcutters.
