Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

He seems hostile to me. Trying to appear neutral doesn’t necessitate such an attitude.

I agree. I’m not seeing any hostility from JG. I think he is just being meticulous about making sure that his words are not twisted or incorrect. He’s a great witness, in fact.
BDLR now saying it was an investigator who first used 'ground and pound' with Good, not Good.

This witness is the first one to use the words “MMA style” and he spoke to myfox35 in Orlando.

What did the defense object to? He questioned if the State was trying to impeach his own witness?
When you see the diagram that Good drew, it’s easy to understand the “vertical” and “horizontal” terms. He’s referring to how the figures are positioned on the drawing.
Well, HE CALLED him... how could they NOT have known how damaging this testimony would be?
What is his point in establishing that JG didn’t hear pounding noises? JG has established that TZ was on top, GZ was on the bottom, and TZ repeatedly made downward arm movements. Medical evidence establishes GZ’s head and face injuries. So what if JG didn’t hear TZ beating GZ. It’s already been established.
Seems to be the theme with relandahole - has he had a witness he hasn’t tried to impeach?! This is a flaming joke, the whole thing top to bottom.
Is the state now impeaching its own witness over when he used the term “ground and pound”? If I am the juror, I am seeing disarray and incoherence from the pros this morning
Maybe I haven’t seen enough trials, but it sure seems unusual and topsy-turvy that in this one the prosecution is the side that is continually on the defensive
I don’t think he can.....Good seems to have all of his ducks in a row....knows exactly what happened, who interviewed him, if it was written or verbal...and even corrected Bernie.

After being “harassed” by the media for six months, as he said, and wanting to remain anonymous, the guy is on national TV now. He’s probably sorry he’s involved in all this, but I’m glad he is.
