Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.

The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

Thanks UC, my point was simply that according to GZ he began calling for help as soon as he was on the ground and getting his head bashed. But yes, keeping the John’s straight was not my strong suit yesterday!

The whole week just angered me on so many levels. I feel I’ve wasted a week of my life listening to all the witnesses and the dull monotonous questioning by delreahole.

When asked if she is the 16 year old described by Crump in the phone interview, she says:

“No — that was a person on the phone with him the moment before he died.”

And then she goes off into her texting of him as if to imply that she was texting not talking to him.

MPD is one of those mental health disorders that develop if the manipulation , lies and other coping devices are not addressed. Again when the abuse is so bad that a person cannot or does not have the maturity or options to handle the terror our mind gives us what we can handle
Counselor once said the minor forms like PTSD are normal ways of dealing with abnormal situation
The more severe problems develop with longer and more severe exposure

If DD had not been challenged on these mind games the truths that did come out of here mouth would not have happened

Yes, on very RARE occasions someone might move to not have medical records released.
But guess what?
In CRIMINAL trials, that will never happen.
The Federal Government even REQUIRES that all States who participate in Medicare (50 of them) MUST avoid tipping off any person involved in possible Medicare or Medicaid FRAUD!

No Medical Professional will EVER try to avoid a subpoena precisely because it might make it look like they are hiding something illegal, (Like, perhaps, ILLEGAL DRUG TRADE!)

In FACT, many Court Orders will specifically PROHIBIT notification of the Patient, in any records subpoena.

Violation could be a criminal offense in those cases, for aiding and abetting FRAUD or CHILD ABUSE or ILLEGAL DRUG TRADE!

We have assumed DD s anger was a product of her background and being uncomfortable on the stand Looking over her testimony she did more harm to the prosecution then the defense.
The obvious change in demur was a direct communication that she was a puppet. Even “I went to sleep “was said with such a tone that it could be deemed sarcasm

She really did the job on her controllers

Wish Mom could have a female lawyer take her to a spa for a day a see what else she d tell them, She told them they hadn’t asked....the right question..... Repeatedly

Listen to the video at #1467 above at the spot noted and tell me if I’m just imagining something. When asked if she is the person on the tape she mumbles out an answer that seems to say: NO — it is some other female that was talking to him. Then she morphs into her not talking to him but texting to him.

It sounds like she is trying to say it and not say it at the same time, to both lie and not lie about the same thing at the same time.
