In your post you stated I was wrong, dishonest, ignorant, a liar, and an idiot. I checked your homepage and after reading a couple of sentences, I see what your problem is. You have an over-inflated ego, thinking you are important enough to suggest a Freeper might want to do some research to find out who you really are. I didn’t bite and could care less who you are.
I never tried to “wiggle” my way out of an error. You want to know why? Because I wasn’t in error. Medical records can be subpoenaed all day long but that does not mean they are going to be opened, or become public information in a trial.

No Medical Professional will EVER try to avoid a subpoena precisely because it might make it look like they are hiding something illegal, (Like, perhaps, ILLEGAL DRUG TRADE!)

You were wrong. You are STILL wrong. There is NO STATE in the UNION which requires the medical provider to obtain any consent from any individual, prior to compliance with a Court Order.
In FACT, many Court Orders will specifically PROHIBIT notification of the Patient, in any records subpoena.
Violation could be a criminal offense in those cases, for aiding and abetting FRAUD or CHILD ABUSE or ILLEGAL DRUG TRADE!
