The U.S. Supreme Court today paved the way for same-sex couples to marry soon in California, effectively leaving intact a lower-court ruling that struck down the state's voter-approved ban on gay marriage.
In a ruling that assures further legal battles, the high court found that backers of Proposition 8 did not have the legal right to defend the voter-approved gay marriage ban in place of the governor and attorney general, who have refused to press appeals of a federal judge's 2010 ruling finding the law unconstitutional.
The Supreme Court ruling, which found it had no legal authority to decide the merits of a challenge to Proposition 8, sends the case back to that original decision -- and the only question now is how quickly same-sex couples can marry and whether that ruling will have immediate statewide effect.
The 5-4 ruling was written by Chief Justice John Roberts.

...and heck, OBTW, since you keep referring to it, for all those lurking or reading:
...also, just for you.

This thread is about the Supreme Court ruling...and the evils of the current administration and it's unconstitutional actions...but you can't help yourself, because of your self-professed bigotry, to turn it into your screed against the LDS Church. Pretty sad.
But I do not mind letting people watch your behavior here, and read my own witness, and let them decide for themselves.
Your witness is rendered in the context of the Mormon FRAUD, Bishop.
Mormon Wolves have no credibility to be recasting the AMERICAN Declaration of Independence.
Will you Confess, Renounce, and Repent of the Mormon FRAUD?
Just gotta ask- are you healing folks, cast from Jesus?
Thank God, you are not, and never will be my judge.
My ancestors go back to the 1600s in this land, and they fought for the independence of this nation. I know a thing or two, from their own documents and journals, what their thinking was. As they said, so I say, "No King but King Jesus."
And HE will be the judge of my witness, T...not you.
Anyhow, again, for all future replies/dialog between us, simply refer back to my Post 296, and my Post 298.

"God. The Father and Son and Holy Ghost worshiped by Mormons are separate beings, three distinct Gods.11 "The Father has a body of flesh and bones as tangible as mans; the Son also; but the Holy Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones, but is a personage of Spirit. Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not dwell in us."12 God and man are not a "different species."13 Latter-day Saints regard as "a central and saving doctrine" that the "Father" was once a man 14 and is a man having a body of flesh and bones. "God is a glorified and perfected man, personage of flesh and bones."15 Elohim (Hebrew name for God) is "the name-title of God the Eternal Father, the Father of the spirits of all men and women."16 Elohim was once a human on another planet who attained the status of deity.17 Elohim sired every single person in the pre-mortal existence before the earth was created.18 The doctrine of the Trinity as understood in historic and creedal Christian teaching is rejected.11 Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, selected by Joseph Fielding Smith (Salt Lake City: Deseret Book, 1976), 370. You still didn’t answer my question. That’s okay. Thanks.
Which Jesus?
Was the Christian Jesus healing the money changers on the temple steps or was He just discerning them for what they unrepentantly were?
There is only Jesus. Maybe both, happened. Discerning care requires healing. The accounting of that incident, is somewhat shallow- as not much discernment was required, though, action obviously was, yet the healing has carried throughout the years since. What do you believe happened?
>>What do you believe happened?
I believe Jesus demonstrated His feelings about when a state-establishment is established where it shouldn’t be established.
Cool.
