We should do that... it’s soooooo dramatic... We could schedule a Tea Party then cancel it at the last minute saying we’re afraid the ‘gay lobby’ will hurt our children.
Here’s my question to this guy - how many gays have been ‘hurt’ by conservatives in the last ten years? And yeah, we’d know it because IF ONE GAY person was hurt it would make the newspapers.
Some freepers a few years back were beat up by union goons - newspapers didn’t cover it.

Thank God. I was NOT looking forward to seeing how bad it was going to be. A decent parade - even if it was a pride parade - would have been no big deal here in town. We even have a gay bar downtown and no safety issues that I’m aware of - it’s a pretty accepting community. The problem came when he WANTED to make it “over the top” with drag shows, and only God knows what else... What plays in California does NOT play here in the Dairyland.

WAY TO GO, WAUSAU! We need much, much, much more of this! Speaking out "harhly" and exhibiting "waves of ugliness" is the ticket! One person speaking out isn't enough - silence means acquiescence! (well, not according to the pervs at the DOJ but that's another story). It is officially the time to start pushing back - vocally, loudly, non-weasel-word-ly, clearly, insistently, courageously, sharply - and en masse! This is very cheering news.
