This is just the opening chapter. Sooner or later a family will file the first law suit charging that their son was molested by another scout and that the BSA are RESPONSIBLE.
Obviously this could have, or already has happened prior to the current BSA edict. Now, that they have formally stated it's O.K. with the organization they've opened Pandora's box without any further doubt in regard to legal culpability.
