Useless Obamabot Goon!!! May he rest in peace wherev er he goes!!! Governor Christie, the world is watching for your appointment. It better be a man or woman of the right!!! End of story!!!
yes he is...the lone wolf as it were..The only one I can vote for without holding my nose.
You can bet that RINO Christie won’t appoint a conservative and there is better than even chance he won’t even appoint Republican.
He’s been inert for a long time. It’s just now that everyone’s agreed to call his condition death.
Sad news. He wastage last WWIi veteran in the senate
Christie appoints his replacement until the next election. Don't know if he has to get concurrence from the NJ legislature. If Christie gets to appoint all on his own, then his choice will display who Christie really is, for all the world to see.
If Christie appoints a Democrat, forget about his future aspirations in the Repub party.
There, fixed it.
He’ll probably appoint a dem. But he may appoint someone like Christie Todd Whitmann.
Oh, I agree. What I meant was that this forthcoming appointment is finally going to smoke him out, once and for all.

The return of Christie Whitman?
Eric Bolling just speculated Booker on Varney.
Christie is a big fat muslim loving, sodomite loving political climber.
I haven’t researched his little resume, but I wouldn’t doubt that he, like Booker, is vying for international banking’s blessing. Anyone in NYC metro area has easy access to them.
A distinct possibility, since it will prevent the threat of Booker running against him for governor."
The NJ primary election is tomorrow, and Cory Booker isn't on the ballot. Christie actually has a likely Democrat opponent, Barbara Buono. She's an ultra-lib and sacrificial lamb who is supposed to lose.
Christie gets to appoint a temporary replacement for Lautenberg but his replacement only serves until the next general election, which is November. Christie could appoint a Democrat, could appoint a Republican "elder statesman" like Tom Keane, or could appoint someone with name recognition who has a chance in the November election. Presuming that Cory Booker runs in November. Christi Whitman comes to mind but she has drawbacks including that she is pretty liberal by current Republican standards and that she helped cause the fiscal crisis that NJ is now in.
This throws everything up in the air, including the November state election. I have no idea what Christie will do.
Now.....let’s see what Christie is made of, folks. He claims everything he does is for the good of New Jersey. Let’s see if Governor Christie appoints someone for the good of the nation or......he worships at the traitor feet of of love partner, POTUS, Barack Hussein (Muslim Bortherhood Thug) Obama. I’m willing to bet, Christie goes to satisfy “criminal” Obama!!! Politics above the nation.....that’s Christie!!!
Question worth asking.
Given a choice between maintaining the current balance of the Senate or adding a (nominal) Republican, which direction will Friend of Barack choose?
Appointing a Republican would give the GOP a leg-up for the seat when re-election rolls around in 2014. Conceivably, Christie's pick could be critical to a turnover in the Senate.
Under the circumstances, does Christie dare go against his newest best friend?
Sorry,no sympathy. He was a Commie Rat and he can rot in hell for all I care.
Yep, Fineswine is the next oldest. Chuck Grassley is next by a few months.
