The KGB had similar databases in the former USSR. Elections have consequences and we reelected a communist agitator.
There are districts in Maine where there are very few, if any blacks who reported seeing busloads of black people that no one knew, show up at voting places and vote without showing ID. Several people all over the country reported that someone had already voted their name when they went to vote for the first time.
