American voters say 76 - 17 percent, including 63 - 30 percent among Democrats, that a special prosecutor should be appointed to investigate charges the Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative groups, according to a Quinnipiac University national poll released today.
I double dog dare CNN to put its money where its mouth is.
Stop covering any of the scandals.
You know it’s got to be pretty bad when they actually focus on the failing economy to distract attention from other things.
So, if Americans aren’t concerned about the scandals, why should CNN do its job as good journalists should?
Nice try CNN but no one is falling for that.
The LA Times is trying to pull this “the public is not interested” stunt also.
CNN doesn’t care because it wasn’t attacked like the AP was. When it appears to them that their false god is removing their competition, they regard that as a good thing.
A 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue ‘talking points’ PSA. Played in every doctor’s office and hospital waiting room. Old folks homes and government schools.
See ya on the trains to hell, CNN.
As their ratings numbers continue to plummet, it seems to me that the people are really saying “To heck with CNN.”
The scandals and the economy are all important. One does not negate the importance of the other. In this case, the Obama administration’s actions and inactions are the cause of the lousy economy, 4 American deaths in Benghazi, IRS overreach, and a lying AG.
While it might be understandable the masses can’t identify why the DOJ-AP matter doesn’t reach them directly, the other two scandals should be raising the hackles of everyone. Yes, we have poll numbers that show more than 75% want a special prosecutor for the IRS flap, but d they even understand what the scandal entails? Meanwhile, the Benghazi coverup fades from the scene.
If America were blessed with a bright, interested, and involved populace, outrage at these scandals would be a firestorm by now, people would be taking to the streets demanding answers, and Obama’s poll numbers would be in the toilet. Unfortunately, even finding Benghazi on a map would be an insurmountable challenge for many of them. A dumbed-down electorate is the greatest boon of all for liberals. If the rubes can be kept busy concentrating on the shiny things and squeaky toys, they won’t turn their attention to the issues that truly matter.
I could be wrong, but I think more Americans are saying the heck with CNN.
That is probably the line CNN is trying to take to not cover not only the three main Obama scandals, but also to not focus on politics. They seem to have decided to move away from doing politics on the dayside part of the schedule and when they do it is not that much focus on Obama. You can see the change that has happened since Obama won re-election and Jeff Zucker took over. The channel is just wanting to cover tragedies and non-political stories or nothing effecting Obama.even Jackass Piers has cooled off on gun control advocacy.
Heck is where the people go that don't believe in Gosh.
You know that if CNN and the other alphabets would quit polling each others newsrooms they might actually find out something about what the country really feels outside their liberal strongholds.
