...members of the council termed DNA test in connection with forced rape as insufficient evidence, saying weak evidence could affect the health of the issue as well as distorting it from the reality.

Because only the eyewitness testimony of four illiterate muslim "men" could possibly be convincing.

Is this an example the kind of “foreign law” that Justice Ginsburg would like to see our courts take into account when they deliberate?

Now there are two places DNA evidence means nothing—

Durham, North Carolina (where the entire Duke lacrosse team
was proven innocent of rape charges before anyone in that case was even arrested—but no matter, Nifong continued the prosecution for a year anyway);

and Pakistan, where no matter how many are raped, if
there aren’t enough male witnesses to the act, it wasn’t rape.

Who said DNA testing would be a great crime detection tool?

>>>The council also recommended using Islamic words (like Allah, Paighambar, Rasool, Masjid) should not be replaced by the identical synonyms in other languages. Good, LOL !! Allah is NOT God

And where is the outcry from feminists? Why, they’re focusing on America, of course.

Makes sense to me. DNA from the rapist(s) might become intermingled with the victim’s when they help stone her (or him).

“The members maintained that the use of synonyms like holy book or holy place was forbidden in the Islam. “

Maybe this is a good thing. It may make it harder for them to figure out which woman to stone to death.

DNA is unknown in the 7th century where these scumbags live.
