Friends say victim knew Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev
ORLANDO, Fla. - The FBI confirms a special agent was involved in a deadly shooting early Wednesday near Universal Orlando, and two friends of the victim say he was from Chechnya and knew one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects.
The fatal shooting happened just after midnight at 6022 Peregrine Avenue in Orlando.
"We are currently responding to a shooting incident involving an FBI special agent," FBI Special Agent Dave Couvertier told Local 6. "The incident occurred in Orlando, Florida. The agent encountered the suspect while conducting official duties. The suspect is deceased. We do not have any further details at this time. We expect to have more information later this morning."
The FBI has not confirmed the link to the Boston bombing, but the friends say the man killed by the agent knew Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was killed in a shootout with police near Boston days after the marathon bombing.
No other details were immediately known.

Yes, but did he originally get here due to asylum? That’s the point..
That is indeed a problem.
There was a time when I would have accepted statements from the FBI specifically or the DOJ in general at face value, but they have soiled their own bed so many times (false testimony by FBI agent in Valerie Plame case 'leak' trial, false testimony to Congress by DOJ in New Black Panther case, stonewalling, outright lies, and retaliation against whistleblowers by DOJ from the top down related to Fast and Furious, to name just a few) that there is no longer any way to avoid the conclusion that government lies are SOP (in general, but especially with the current criminal regime) rather than a rare aberration.
This is exactly the technique that they will use to go after 'Tea Party extremists' and other conservatives. They will drop hints that those enemies of the US were engaging in nefarious plots or associated with evil co-conspirators, then dispose of them in "self-defense" shootings or "he was resisting arrest" scenarios.
That's why I would be cautious about jumping to conclusions, even though I'm not blind to the threat from jihadi wanna-be's that our foolish immigration policies have brought right into our neighborhoods.
After reading the article at the link you posted it sounds like the Muslim probably put some martial arts moves on the FBI agent and the FBI agent, possible a metrosexual, had no idea how to respond physically and shot him instead.
Whatever occurred it will be shown that the FBI agent was in the right and will be fully vindicated.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not on the Muslim's side. I just know that whatever level of law enforcement that confronts you, whether they shoot your dog or you, they are ALWAYS vindicated.
Ooohh...I can’t wait! I try to keep my rages to one every three months...but I just might use all three during this one week and get it over with!
I need to find the video where he punches the Wally World Moose’s nose in.
Allegedly how many lone wolves is this now?

A man being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings who was killed in Florida early Wednesday by the FBI was reportedly going to admit his role in the 2011 Waltham triple homicide, according to news partner WCVB.
Khusen Taramov said he and Ibragim Todashev were being questioned as part of the bombings by the FBI official and law enforcement officers in Orlando.
Taramov said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters, WCVB reports. Taramov said they were interviewed nearly three hours, and at some point, "something went wrong," and Todashev was killed. Sources said Todashev was about to admit his role in a triple homicide that happened in Waltham on Sept. 11, 2011, when he "went crazy."
"There was some sort of aggressive movement that led the FBI agent to believe he was under threat and he opened fire," the law enforcement official told ABC News. It was not clear what role Todashev may have played, but he was "about to sign a statement" admitting to a role with Tsarnaev in the unsolved murders.
The Waltham Police Department, the Middlesex District Attorneys Office and the Boston division of the FBI did not comment on the case. The State Police referred calls to the FBI.
> The Middlesex District Attorneys Office is looking into the possible tie between now-dead bombing suspect Tsarnaev and the Sept. 11, 2011, murders of three men inside a home on Harding Avenue.
Tsarnaev had been training with one of the 2011 murder victims in an attempt to transition from boxing into a possible career in the sport of mixed martial arts, according to news partner WCVB. One of the murder victims identified by police, Brendan Mess, 25, of Waltham, was a well-known mixed martial arts fighter.
The three men killed had their throats stabbed and their bodies covered with marijuana, according to police. The grisly murder scene had produced no leads made public to date. Cambridge residents Eric Weissman, 31, and Rapheal Teken, 37, were also killed. Teken graduated from Brookline High School and Brandeis University.
The murders are under investigation by the Waltham Police Department and the State Police Middlesex County CPAC Unit.
The FBI confirmed today that a person was shot and killed in Florida, but would not disclose details about the investigation.
"The agent, along with two Massachusetts State Police troopers and other law enforcement personnel, were interviewing an individual in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing investigation when a violent confrontation was initiated by the individual," the FBI said in a statement.

agreed
Ibragim Todashev "just went crazy," and pulled a knife during his interview with the FBI, said state and federal law enforcement officials briefed on the latest strange twist in the investigation of the Boston Marathon bombing.
One official said an FBI agent was stabbed several times, although his injuries were described by the FBI as "non-life threatening."
However in his Fort Lauderdale fight the announcer cited his record as 3-2 in the Youtube video showing the goings on before the fight while the mma sites list him as 1-0 amateur and 1-0 professional. So when and where were the other fights?
He fought on 8/29/11. All of the youtube videos were of fights he won. When he fought he did just about everything right and chose the way he would beat his opponent. He could shoot takedowns and he was long lanky and quick. Not any fat on him. He also threw hard kicks and punches getting his body into them. He kneed real fast. Worst of all poossibly foor hiis oppoonents wass tthat on grapples and throws Todashev always came out on top of his oppponent. One video he used an arm bar to submit his opponent. Another he used an anke submission. One listed fight he used a guillotine choke submission. He was way better than his opponents at fighting.
Been busy today, FYI this was posted to the blaze shortly after you got it to me :)
Since Tamerlan didn’t go to the viewing or the funeral, I wonder if this guy did or if he was close enough friends with Mess to be expected to attend. Wonder if people were questioning where he was like they were Tamerlan.
Or, unless he went violent because he didn’t have any connection with the murders and it was a set up like the friend said.
Or, this whole incident was dead men don’t tell tales. Too, much isn’t connecting in this.
The one FBI agent and two Boston officers knew what he was capable of, yet they “interviewed” him in his (or his girlfriend’s) home. Sent his friend away so no witnesses. No official write up of the confession. No routine handcuffing of a suspect. No Miranda that we know of. No lawyer. No search of the suspect for weapons. No Florida officals present seems to me a huge biggie. And I’m sure there’s no video to prove what really happened which could be why this interview wasn’t done at the station. Nope, sorry, this dog don’t hunt.
This site won’t let me post wikipedia, this isn’t a complaint. If you pull up a search on wikipedia though under Waltham murders you will find probably the most detailed explanation of the Waltham triple homicide and how it may connect with Tsarneav that I have seen. The murders took place on 9/11/11 and apparently all 3 of the victims were Jewish. Their throats were slit so violenly that they were near decapitated. One cop called it the worst scene he has seen in his career. The 3 victims were strong guys including one well known martial artist and a body builder. Mess and Tsarnaev had been best friends for a long time apparently prior to a falling out. They used to spend hours in the gym sparring each other.
I certainly hope that we can save this Republic. I love it so.

This guy just bought a one way ticket to Moscow. His father also travels to Russia.
