As Attorney General Eric Holder orders an investigation of the International Revenue Service after a top official admitted targeting conservative groups with extra scrutiny, an outspoken critic of Obama who claimed more than half a year ago that the administration was using the IRS to punish him is feeling vindicated.
“I feel like a million bucks. I feel absolutely vindicated. I knew this was going on,” Wayne Allyn Root told WND.
Root, the Libertarian Party vice-presidential candidate in 2008 who has claimed Obama was strangely unknown to him and his fellow Columbia University classmates, recounted his story to WND last October of becoming the target of unusual audits, beginning in January 2011, despite a “spotless” 30-year tax record.
He charged in October that the order to audit him came from Obama himself, and he is even more convinced now.
“I believe this is not rogue agents, who would be risking their pension and careers,” he said.
In October, Root said the order to audit him “must have come from the highest levels of government.”
“Obama is using the power of the IRS and other government agencies to punish his political opposition and intimidate and silence his critics,” Root charged at the time.

The problems started in January 2011, when Root, who claims to have a perfect tax record, was put through a surprise audit. At the time, he claims to have received a call from an IRS agent who said that he is a fan of Root and that it would be “an honor” to audit him — sentiments that struck the commentator as odd. The agent also told Root that he has read his political columns, listened to him on radio and visited his web site, and that he agrees with his politics.
“I found that very strange, actually chilling. It did not feel right. I got a sick feeling in pit of my stomach,” Root told WND in a recent interview. “Why would an IRS agent say such personal things? Why would he disclose that he’s a fan of mine and agrees with my politics? Isn’t that a conflict of interest?”

This all needs to be part of a huge class action lawsuit. Our civil rights have been violated, obviously and plainly, why can’t we all sue?
The whole truth is that pretty much all will be vindicated.
The purpose of the assault is not to uncover tax fraud. The purpose is to harass and disrupt.
There must be massive retribution. The IRS minions must be made to fear for their very lives.

We are dealing with a modern-day Nixon.
The IRS admitted Friday to targeting and intimidating conservative and Tea Party groups. But why? The answer: the IRS thought a quick apology and throwing a few “low level employees” under the bus could nip it in the bud and make it all go away.
They’re wrong. This will be one of the biggest scandals in U.S. political history — if the media does their job.
This IRS scandal is a threat to everything America stands for. It’s why we fought a revolution against King George. It’s one of the main ways the left brought down Richard Nixon — they accused Nixon of targeting political opponents with IRS attacks to intimidate and silence them.
These attacks were prominently included in Nixon’s “Articles of Impeachment” and should be in Obama’s too — if the media does their job.
How do I know?
Because I am the face of Obama’s IRS attacks. I am proof of how bad it is, when it started, that it was directed at individuals as well as groups, and that it did not involve only “low level IRS employees.”
It did not involve only “low level IRS employees.” It did not happen in only one year (2012). It does not involve one office in Cincinnati. It was a widespread attack (mine emanated from the Las Vegas IRS office). It goes to the top of the IRS, it started early in Obama’s presidency, and you can bet your last dollar that it was all conducted upon direct orders of the Obama White House.
Most importantly, I’m living proof it was directed at individuals — with the intent of ruining our lives. It almost ruined mine. This is important because the American public needs to see the faces of the targets. I have a wife and 4 children. I didn’t deserve this.

Jail time, long jail time for as many IRS agents and administrators and the president.
I don’t mind paying a little extra in taxes ONLY if it means to jail these human debris who abuse the power of government especially in a country with a Constitution designed to prevent such abuse.
This man must go on national TV and tell his story. Much more interesting than Kardashian’s tuches or Jolie’s bristen.
Silence has insured and insulated Obama. Now that the corruption is bubbling to the top, silence and fear are what he counts on to continue to cover his outrageous thuggery.
