Considering how it is airing and where versus his official sponsors, my guess is he has no say so whatsoever in the advertisement. They are buying through the stations, not EIB.

He explained it one time. His syndicated subscribers get their own separate time for local ads (I did say this - you didn’t read far enough), AND there are national buys through him (EIB - many he does himself) and through the national syndicator.
He does have control over the EIB stuff because he dropped the ads that came back to him after they’d dropped him over some PC crap and asked for air time. He refused.
