The Minnesota Senate is expected to give final approval on Monday to a bill that would make the state the 12th in the United States to allow same-sex couples to marry and only the second in the Midwest.
Leaders in the Senate, where Democrats hold a 39-28 majority, have said they believe they have the support to approve a bill legalizing gay marriage. They set a vote for Monday on the measure that members of the state House approved last week.
Democratic Governor Mark Dayton has said he would sign the bill, which would make Minnesota the third state this month to legalize gay marriage after Rhode Island and Delaware. The law would take effect August 1.

This is the state of evangelist Billy Graham. I hear he is planning another crusade.
NOW can we push for the Federal Marriage Amendment?
Soddomites are free to go to some sodomite euronation like england or france where it is probably mandatory.
Graham is based in North Carolina, IIRC.

Yes, I should have said the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Minnesota did vote on it. In 2012, opponents of same-sex marriage put a constitutional amendment on the ballot to ban same-sex marriage. It was defeated.
Also in 2012, voters approved same-sex marriage in Maine, Maryland and Washington State.

If it couldn’t even get a vote before, with Republicans holding both houses of Congress and the Oval Office, it’s not going to get anywhere now.
Sorry, I replied as soon as I saw your post, without reading the rest of the thread. My bad.
Hey, no worries. I’m trying really hard to pretend last November 6 didn’t happen, too. ;)
Agreed, the Amendment is a dead issue now.
There wasn’t the political will before, when we had a clear majority, and the tide of public opinion has really turned against us in the last decade.
The point is that the Gaystapo was still shocked that the marriage forces won by that margin. And yes, much has changed in half a decade, namely the installation of a fraud machine that would make LBJ blush. We are witnessing the most massive fraud that this country has ever experienced - open, unabashed, and defiant fraud. The entire U.S. Justice Dept. under Obama is spending much of its time and resources FIGHTING attempts to establish election integrity measures, more than any other administration. That ought to tell you something.
I was wrong about VA, they passed theirs in 2006.
I don’t know if there is fraud or not, it wouldn’t shock me. But when I look at the actual popular vote % on the issue, it doesn’t look too good.

The polls are fake.
Simply fake.
