Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.) told students at Rider University that conservatives are wrong to make deficit reduction a priority. …

“Bottom line is that the right wing, and I say the Tea Party, has made deficit reduction the main priority—the main economic priority, and I will tell you point blank—that I do not think it is. … I believe in economic growth, and I think the only way we get out of the recession—and we are gradually getting out of it—is by having policies in Washington that create growth and therefore create jobs and therefore eliminate the problems that we may have with Social Security trust funds and the Medicare trust funds.” …

What this is code for, and what he is really saying, is that there is no need for a political party that believes in fiscal responsibility or smaller reigned in Federal Govt. In a nutshell there is no point to the Republican party.

He wants a one party rule in the entire USA like in NJ NY MD MA CT RI ME VT. New England is a good name for that fetid region.

Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.)..."I think the only way we get out of the recession..."

But, but, but...we've been out of the recession for nearly four years!

These socialist persist in the delusion that government spending cause economic growth. They cannot seem to grasp that things given away for free, in this case money, have no value.

“Look around you at this crowd graduating today. Half of you will find meaningful jobs and the other half will be supported by the taxes that will take half - or more - of your earnings ... and those of your children. So what’s not to love about the compassion and efficiency of big government?”

If deficits don't matter, then why bother collecting taxes?
