Yea, too bad they exposed the Pentagon getting courtmartial advice from a guy like this:
...(A) Breitbart News report on Obama administration Pentagon appointees meeting with anti-Christian extremist Mikey Weinstein to develop court-martial procedures to punish Christians in the military who express or share their faith. So you are good with hiding all of this from the public, and the posters here at Free Republic? And do you agree with the anti-Christian extreamist's statements?Weinstein is the head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, and says Christians--including chaplains--sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in the military are guilty of treason, and of committing an act of spiritual rape as serious a crime as sexual assault. He also asserted that Christians sharing their faith in the military are enemies of the Constitution.
And what is the definition of “proselytizing?”
Is the sharing of differing opinions, and why they should be considered, “proselytizing?”
It’s coming on us fast, isn’t it?
I heard a great Man say, once... “when you see these things come to pass, look up, for your redemption is nigh”.
Dear Timber: It is not the US MILITARY it is the civilian leadership. Thats is a huge difference. Do not drop that on our soldiers, sailors, Marines or Airman we do our job inspite of whom is put in charge of us...Includeing jerks like................Carter........Johnson who created Vietnam.....Clinton.........Obama.......who gave away our victory in Iraq cause he was too stupid to create a status of forces agreement...we will be back there again.....
And then what happens when the military hardware is exclusively in the hands of those who are hostile to Christianity?
I’m telling you this has been military policy (for good reason) for decades. Just because some anti-Christian nut who undoubtedly loves Obama said some stuff doesn’t mean anyone’s taking him remotely seriously. Obama may even want such policies implemented, but until he burns the Constitution and a whole stack of Bibles on live TV, it ain’t gonna happen.
If you don’t have the right to persuade others about fundamental ideas, you don’t have freedom. You especially don’t have religious freedom.
Military Religious Freedom Foundation? Lololol
Aassskkk any veteran who dug a foxhole who he’d pray to when there was Incoming,, Lady Luck?
That's an entirely different problem that has been festering all throughout our country, not just the military.
Too bad the Joint Chiefs have no balls...especially the Chairman.
Joshua 24:15:
"And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."
Acts 4:18-20:
So they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John answered and said to them, Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.
Sodomy has been criminalized under the UCMJ "for a while." Why are some regs and standards being rigidly enforced and others openly flouted?
Ping
B/c it’s unenforceable? Just like criminalizing Christianity is.
As to why such regs are put in place, I have no clue. Ask Congress, they’re the kings of implementing unenforceable rules.
HA, HA, HA! <8^)
Norm Lenhart, you do a fine good job!
Carry on!
That's what they want them to do. Decimate the military.
Muslims don’t share their faith. They just kill you if you don’t share their faith. So, that’s okay.
My question also. They won’t. They’re cowards.
