I agree. Catholic school should have let it slide and told her not to mention her partner again. I’m sure it was known she is gay/lesbian/what have you. But it’s the Catholic Church’s business not mine. They might get sued despite everything

We have a lot more pressing issues at the moment than to concern ourselves with issues such as this. Let us stay focused on the criminals who currently control our government and their allies who seek to destroy us and let us not become distracted with these side issues.
Make sense?

Will they fire anyone who doesnt restrict their sex life to their live long spouse? If you had been paying attention to the matter on this forum, you'd know the answer to that question.

No, we're living in a world where it is ADVERTISED that we have lesbian PE teachers, and we are forced to "admire" their "courage", instead of not knowing or caring, whether or not the PE teacher is lesbian or not. But in all fairness it's not like she advertised it. She didn't flaunt it, advocate it, or make it a public part of her life until she included it in an obituary. It's not like she was "in your face" about her sexual orientation.

Just because no one is without sin doesnt mean we should excuse sin Jesus stated, "Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone", or something to that effect.
Jesus NEVER told anyone to condone sinful living.

Catholic school fires single and pregnant teacher for being immoral...after she had a child by artificial insemination Did you happen to notice in the story that the priest who fired the teacher had himself been accused of sexual misconduct with two men, leading to a financial settlement in one of the cases? And that the priest in question wasn't fired, just suspended and later reinstated and subsequently promoted?

Until she included it in a public obituary It was mentioned in passing. It's not like the obituary had a headline: "Lesbian Teacher Loses Mother. Gay Couple In Mourning".
