That’s kind of funny. You appear to move the goalposts each time an objection of yours is met.
So now you’re willing to accept (given the word of the cops on the scene) that the photo is not him getting in, but getting out of the boat.
So now your next issue is where is this, where is that, it doesn’t look like xyz.
Tell me, what color is blood in a black and white photo?
One of the pics in the links I provided shows plenty of blood (it’s red as the photo is in color) on the trailer the boat is sitting on. After the capture.

I put together the fact that the cops on the scene described tsarnaev as having stood up and raised his hands with your statement that the cop’s words were - how did you put it - “contradictory to the photo” as suggesting that the cops were not telling the truth (another word for which is lying).
So I’ll just ask ... do you now believe that the photo in question (tsarnaev on the gunwale of the boat) is immediately before him being arrested and not him getting into the boat shortly after he escaped the perimeter after the gunbattle in which his brother died?
Remember how Obama HUSSIAN bowed so deeply he must have been licking the Shoes of the Saudi King! who also is the Leader on Earth of All Muslims! Obama has shown NO RESPECT for any of America’s Closest or even most distant Allies! Why?
Who created Obama, sponsored him from childhood thru his entire life, laundered and sealed his past and spent Billions to get him into the White House? I know it was at the time he was arrested. That is obvious. Oddly enough it was reported for days by the authorities and numerous media outlets as a pic of him getting in the boat when he first got there. It does seem contradictory to statements of someone helping or pulling him down. It does seem contradictory to someone with very serious wounds, who was bleeding for over 18 hours and at the time “going in and out of consciousness.”
About that pic of him climbing into/out of the boat... I don’t have it saved to look at it for comparison, but does it have any blood on it like these color photos do?

There’s another photo in 50 or 51 of that thread, right below 47 somewhere.
Not a doctor, but it would depend on WHERE in the throat the bullet passed through. It obviously missed his carotids and jugulars or he would have bled out. And it missed his spine or he would have died immediately. So theoretically he could have climbed out like that if the bullet only hit muscle and soft tissue on the passthrough. But then you have the news reports saying he was semi-conscious from blood loss. That’s the problem; all the reports contradict each other. I think they’re just making this up as they go, trying to fix one lie with another one.
i’ve also wondered about the trajectory. If the bullet passed through his neck right-to-left or left-to-right, right through the larynx, then to me it would be a deliberate silencing of the only surviving witness. Note in that photo of him on the ground, it’s ATF and FBI, not the local LE (man on the right may be Boston PD; can’t tell).

well now we are hearing he had no gun...so he couldn’t have tried to shoot himself in the boat.
