I know I am the only one on this site that cares about this photo but has ANYONE come up with why this tarp is torn as Bomber is getting IN..which is now the story...because his condition was too bad and bloodied for it to be him GETTING OUT.

Both of these articles, quoting the cops who were ON THE SCENE stated that he stood up in the boat and that he raised his hands to demonstrate he wasn’t holding anything (gun or detonator).
I will be interested to read your rebuttal of the statements of cops who actually were there putting cuffs on the terrorist.

Is tsarnaev off the boat in the picture you claim contradicts the statements made by the cops? No he is not, which makes “we pulled him down” completely consistent with the photo. As in, the cops are not in the frame yet.

It almost looks like he has something over the jacket when he is getting off the boat. Any doctors here that can tell me if you would be that stable in terms of being able to even get out of the boat after shooting yourself through the throat, barely missing the spinal cord with the exit would out the neck.
I came across a couple of pictures in rooms with some of the other victims. Probably just for a cover story to visit the terrorist.
All I can say is that it’s possible he was shot already when that pic was taken but it doesn’t look like it. From the start that pic has intrigued me for the fact that it is so fuzzy that it looks like a water color painting. Is that because it was taken long distance in poor light? I don’t know.

I have posted to you 2 links that speak directly to the issue of when the photo of Tsarnaev on the gunwale of the boat, quoting the men who were there, but you apparently don’t want to take their word for it.

So let me AGAIN say..assume that picture was taken after the robot tore the tarp.
